Advanced Technologies

Based in Drummoyne, Point Parking operates a 24 hour control room utilising the latest technologies in access control equipment. Irrespective of equipment type, Point Parking has the ability to monitor, control and manage the car park remotely with support from our mobile team.

We also provide trained staff to manage car parks on a full time basis or on a peak demand basis. In support of the automated model, the Duty Supervisor, who is trained and fully equipped to resolve issues on site, patrols the car parks we manage.

Very nice people working there. They are friendly and always willing to help. If they don't have something, they will point you in the right direction and provide you with the address of the place.

Visited from Canada a year ago - wonderful, kind, helpful staff - very knowledgeable, briefed me on the history of Clipsal and helped me decide which GPO to buy and take back to Canada. Highly recommend.

A rip off. Staff aren't very helpful to new customers. Every sparky i know avoids the joint and heads a further out of their way to get product.

We use St Kilda Middys nearly everyday. The staff are always very friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are. John, Leigh, Andy, Johnny and Max know how to operate.

I was a fan of Middy’s...until today. Middy’s was my go to store for electrical components but I’ve just experienced one of the worst customer service experiences of my trade life. Spoke with store manager over the phone, on route to the store. They stocked what I needed but were closing up. I told him I would arrive 2mins passed close time due to cross-town traffic. He refused to ring up sale over phone but assured him I would make it before close. I arrived 5:01pm and was created by locked door and the manager waving me away saying he had locked up the till and closed store. Considering there is no Saturday trade due COVID19, I would of hoped out of β€œgood will” the manager would of helped me out and either processed sale over the phone (before COB) or kept the doors open an extra 2mins when he knows a customer is on their way.

After a negative experience at the store in St. Kilda, Elle @ Middy's reached out to me and went above and beyond to assure me that some re-training will be done and to ensure that I was ultimately satisfied with my experience. Despite the negative experience in-store, it's obvious that the company deeply cares about its customers and I'm confident in saying I'll return next time I need something.
