Very friendly service plus reasonable prices. As of most recent visit, this pharmacy is open until 9pm most nights. Good range of stock. Can be a little difficult to spot when visiting for the first time. Its tucked off the main road in a car park with ample parking. Well lit and secure.

The pharmacist is helpful and friendly. I really like this place and highly recommend it. Prices are competitive! As someone who shops online mostly, a shop has to offer something I can’t get online and this place does. It has stuff you otherwise might not find with good prices. The staff are friendly and helpful.

End your in store mask mandates. Worry about your staff but don't enflict it on customers.

Went to pharmacy tonight to fill prescription faxed by Drs rooms earlier that day. Staff stated that fax had not been received despite Drs rooms stating they had received confirmation that pharmacy had received fax. Staff member was rude, condescending and unprofessional. Staff member displayed poor level of customer service, unhelpful and inpatient when asked if she could re check script fax received for the day. Extremely disappointing considering I was still in uniform as a health professional to be treated so poorly. Sadly not the first experience from National Pharmacy of poor customer service….

I can’t thank Jody from the Clarins counter enough! Above and beyond customer service for my Mum and I today. She had just finished her shift but still took quality time to find us suitable products without making us feel rushed. Such a lovely lady and will definitely be back! ?

Slow service, expensive, pharmacist dispensed incorrect medication (8mg not 4mg) for $70 then ordered in remaining 4 boxes in wring potency too. Everyone acts like being in a hurry here would be both unethical and illegal. Basically feels like they prey on senior citizens with the $40 fee to pay the "only just over RRP" pricing instead of the "leaves your wallet bleeding" ones.

Paid $32 for a private prescription which should have been $16. Only found this out once I got home and researched the price. I think they need to rethink their β€œmembership” over prescriptions when it comes to pricing, obviously their mark up is way to much with no limits set it could drive customers elsewhere.
