S	Sarah holland ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh the hind of some people, I was in the same store as a person that has recently written a review about Ashley and I would like to say that when the question was asked on how you wear a one button jacket and the reply was very professional. Oxford please try your hardest to take that review down as they should not be allowed to name your workers, they were much much older then the poor girl working and obviously were having a bad day themselves and needed to take it out on someone. It was two against one and the worker stood her ground. Well done love, karma will come to the two oldies that bullied you(maybe they were sad they don't fit into your beautiful clothing) and you will be rewarded by great karma. I will always go to this young girl as she has GREAT customer service
R	Ray Z ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to go in to exchange a coat due to the online webside capturing my selection as XL as opposed to XXL. Was a tad wary due to some of the reviews, but the lady that assisted me was absolutely great. If I wasn't so fine with the cold, I'd have purchased another coat... Not saying the negative reviews are wrong, just that there are amazing people working there too. Note for people that work out: even XXL is still rather tight around the chest.

I've worked in Customer Service myself and I know that life isn't always easy especially when you're understaffed and it's busy. Honestly, if you want good service, treat them like Human beings, be patient, and I can guarantee that they'll treat you extra nicely. The staff that helped me out, went above and beyond to ensure that I had the suit I wanted and I was so happy with them. I have no complaints whatsoever and can only give praise for their service. Great suits, great store, great staff. 10/10
